Coordinate the internal functions required to execute contract manufacturing, including third-party operations, transportation management, global planning, plant operations, supply chain, product stewardship, tax, finance, accounting, customer service, sales, EHS and trade compliance. Continuously assess the need for new and existing contract manufacturing arrangements; lead efforts to bring work in-house when appropriate and integrate contract manufacturing activities resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
