We're looking for a proven multi-site senior living sales leader who thrives in the field: coaching Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors, strengthening sales execution, partnering with Operations, and creating the strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Executive Directors, Regional Operations leaders, Marketing, Finance, and our Senior Vice President of Sales to: Develop and execute regional and community-specific strategies that drive occupancy, revenue, net move-ins and waitlist growth.
