This position is responsible for the management of the Post Harvest department operational workflow, supporting the leadership to achieve daily and weekly objectives, training, coordinating and developing staff to improve efficiencies, and problem solving and conflict resolution towards plants, equipment, room conditions, and staff. Direct the management of the Post Harvest department towards the communication and collaboration with other supporting departments, such as and not limited to, Analytics, C&A, and Quality Assurance to ensure workflow operation maintains proper reporting, tracking, and compliance with laws, regulations, and company practices.
