Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a small department, offering clerical and documentation support on a 6+ month onsite contract. The role involves data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with phone coverage. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Performing accurate data entry and maintaining documentation</li><li>Scheduling and coordinating meetings</li><li>Preparing basic reports and supporting clerical tasks</li><li>Collaborating with team members to ensure departmental efficiency</li><li> Qualifications:</li><li>1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Availability during standard business hours, Monday-Friday</li><li>EHS or safety committee experience is a plus</li></ul>
