As the senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program delivery, including cost management, scheduling, performance, staffing, subcontractor integration, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delivery of mission-ready, secure, and reliable services across the Joint Virtual Environment (JVE). Oversee and direct daily operations across multiple technical domains, including telephony and audiovisual systems, Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC), network infrastructure, enterprise applications, both on-premises and cloud-based (Azure IL-5), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, service desk functions, and knowledge management.
