<h5>Job Title </h5>Be the First to Apply <h5>Job Description </h5>Division/Department: Administration/Scholarship Location: Fond du Lac Reservation - Onsite Reports To: Scholarship Director Probationary Period: 90 days – Full time; 120 days – Part time FLSAStatus: Non-Exempt (hourly) Classification: Child-Related Driver's License: Level 0- No Driver's License Required Rate of Pay: $18.78 to $21.13 Hourly <h5>Responsibilities </h5><ul><li>Answer telephone and coordinate calls. </li><li>Take messages and route appropriate information. </li><li>Pick up mail daily from mail room, sort, and route mail. </li><li>Receive the public in a professional courteous manner. </li><li>Creates, types, and mails out routine envelopes and correspondence. </li><li>Prepares and maintains all student files with diligence and accuracy. </li><li>Copies and mails appropriate information to families, students, and higher education institutions. </li><li>Familiarize oneself with the basic intent of the Federal and State Data Privacy Act of 1974 and how it applies to the goals and objectives of the Fond du Lac Scholarship Program. </li><li>Works closely with student support staff at various post-secondary schools in and out of state. </li><li>Arrange attendance for Fond du Lac Scholarship staff representation at college, career, and job fairs. This includes the preparation of all materials to be distributed. </li><li>Arrange travel schedule, including air and hotel reservations for Scholarship Director. and staff as needed. </li><li>Assists the Scholarship Director with annual statistical reports and archiving of records. </li><li>Prepares purchase orders for office supplies and maintains records for payment.
