Rotohammer, table and band saw, welder (3 kinds), hoist, pullers, assorted hand tools, laminate trimmers/routers, pneumatic tools, drills, saws (chop, table, circular, worm drive, band and jig), HVAC test equipment, drill press, and grinder. Conducting, under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs; maintains safe working environment and assists other department employees as needed.
