More specifically, you will be responsible for developing annual ESSP Representative educational conferences with 70+ attendees, oversee the management of plant fitness centers, conduct early intervention training, support Employee Support Services Program (ESSP) Representatives and play a key role in supporting national-level collective bargaining activities. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, engage, and coordinate the appropriate cross-functional resources, including Labor Affairs, Security, Medical, Office of General Counsel, Health Care Operations, Purchasing, Communications, Finance, and UAW leadership, to address issues and implement solutions.
