The Project Manager serves as the primary operational owner of assigned projects, coordinating engineering resources, client expectations, project scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, professionally, on schedule, within authorized scope, and with appropriate financial performance. Financial and Commercial Management Maintain a working understanding of the commercial structure of every assigned project, including contract type, authorized scope, contract or purchase-order value, NTE limits, budget, labor assumptions, subcontractor costs, billing requirements, and change-management provisions.
