The facility operates 13 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites, holds Level II Trauma designation, and performs approximately 3035 surgical cases per day across a broad range of specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, general surgery, urology, GYN/GYN oncology, ENT, podiatry, pediatrics, and vascular. A key focus of this role is building and retaining high-performing teams through coaching, development, and talent management aligned with departmental and facility objectives.
