Serve as the Data Steward for the Student Information System, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and the functionality of the system, including billing tables, detail codes, tuition and fee assessment rules, system audits, general ledger reconciliation, and resolution of complex student billing issues. Oversee the financial components of registration, fee payment, drop for nonpayment, and reinstatement, including monitoring accounts and deadlines and coordinating related activities with the Registrar, Financial Aid, and other offices.
