Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement: Partner with site stakeholders to understand local training needs, gather feedback from new hires and managers, and collaborate with the broader team to improve training content and delivery. Reporting and Progress Tracking: Track training progress, identify learners who need additional support, partner with managers and trainers to address gaps, and provide program reporting to the CORE Data Center Learning & Development organization.
