As a culture and leadership steward, this person will champion the 10 EU Mindsets and help preserve what makes Eggs Unlimited strong while intentionally shaping the leadership behaviors, employee experience, and scalable people practices required through aggressive growth, transition, and potential acquisitions. The VP of People will serve as a true business partner and senior advisor to the CEO, executive team, and business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, culture, leadership, change management, and M&A support.
