Reporting hierarchically to the Transport & Logistics Manager and functionally to the Project Logistics & Transport Manager or Project Procurement Manager when assigned to a project, the Coordinator collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Administration, Legal, Insurance, and suppliers. Based in Houston within the Sourcing & Procurement team, this role manages shipping plans, freight-forwarder coordination, transport documentation, delivery schedules, and related cost controls to support successful project execution.
