The Energy Development Services Division administers programs that provide financing and incentives to homeowners, renters, businesses, organizations, nonprofits, Tribes, schools, consumer-owned utilities, and public bodies installing projects that increase energy efficiency, generate renewable energy, encourage community resilience, or support the alternative fuels market. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to Energy Incentive programs that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program.
