To be successful in this position, the individual must excel at building meaningful connections with prospective students and families, analyzing and applying enrollment data to recruitment strategies, coordinating events and travel, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contributing effectively to a collaborative admissions and enrollment team. This role is primarily responsible for managing the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of prospective students through territory management, application review, recruitment travel, admissions programming, and relationship-building with students, families, schools, and community partners in support of institutional enrollment goals.
