Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (Enterprise Architecture Workspace, business capability and information object models, Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management, architecture roadmaps and target states, CMDB and CSDM, and Reporting/Performance Analytics). Experience working with processes that span ServiceNow and adjacent enterprise systems such as EA repositories being replaced or federated (LeanIX, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, Orbus), CMDB and discovery sources, PPM and agile tools, and finance systems supporting technology cost transparency.
