The Director coordinates and interacts with multiple internal departments, including Facility Management, the Operations Command Center (OCC), Central Maintenance, the Special Operations Division (SOD), Construction & Development (C&D), ITS Tolling, the Training Department, the Central Control Unit (CCU), and the Central Operations Notification Unit (CONU), as well as external agencies, to support safe and efficient facility operations. Allocate staff and resources across all areas of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to security, law enforcement coordination, traffic management, revenue retention, customer and employee safety, and the upkeep of facility infrastructure and assets.
