This position is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, completing patient check-in, verifying registration information, providing directions, and assisting patients and families with non-clinical needs throughout the day. The receptionist supports organized, welcoming, and efficient patient experience by coordinating with Pre-Op nursing staff, surgeons, OR, and other surgical services team members to facilitate patient flow.
