Job Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent; Must have at least 5 years of patrol or similar experience; Must have current EMT or OEC certification based on minimum resort requirements; Knowledge of patrol including: medical, scheduling, weather, training, snowmobile, accident investigation, lift evacuation, and slope safety; Effective decision making skills; Working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint; Must be proficient in communication in English-speaking, writing and comprehension; Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Conduct timely performance evaluations in alignment with overall input from multiple sources including the senior leadership team; Assist with special event planning and preparation; Successfully complete hiring paperwork, training assistance, and scheduling of seasonal patrollers within given timeframes; Ensure accountability of patroller development by tracking the training performance and certifications within given deadlines.
