Scheduling 1.5 shifts of maintenance work for at least 50 percent of their task completed during the day:
Including PMs and WO which have been issued by department managers for approximately three months' worth of work;
Will require the use of MP2 to organize and schedule task;
Will require the use of MP2 to organize, print and instruct the maintenance personnel how to perform the repair/PM in a safe, organized, and expedited manner;
Inspect PM's completed by maintenance personnel and sign off that the PMs have been completed in the best manner for the machine:
This will allow the maintenance department to achieve a higher level of preventative maintenance;
Strong knowledge of Plantwide machinery and proper preventative maintenance procedures;
Coordinate proactive maintenance replacements and large maintenance projects to make sure the proper resources are allocated to achieve a successful complete project:
Strong Knowledge of class one equipment and effect on the bottom line of the plant;
Manage the priority order of the down machinery to maximize the resources of each shift performing repairs:
Problems solve with operators and leads any downtime greater than 1 hour in length and find the root cause of the downtime;
Bring root cause analysis to the daily management meetings with maintenance supervisor and other leads and planner to evaluate cause and formulate solution;
Assist Maintenance Personnel and Leads with problem solving activities which will help to Identify the root cause of failures in the plant;
Assist the maintenance supervisor with developing a schedule for the next 3 + months of maintenance activities and relaying this information to departmental managers which will allow the department managers to evaluate the priority of work orders put in to maintenance;
Manage open work orders to make sure that completed work orders are canceled from the MP2 system and open work orders are assigned to maintenance personnel;
Assist with the Formulation of New PMs for Operators and Maintenance;
Assist in the training of operators and maintenance of new PMs and proactive maintenance required on all machines.

- Flexibility and willingness to come back to the plant on days off in cases of maintenance un-planned failures and planned events when needed;
- The ability to work in a team environment which includes being self-motivated, accepting accountability for plant performance, accepting responsibility for repairs and PM's performed, participate in a proactive manner in meetings, Self-confidence in decisions made, and great team leadership skills;
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate (written and/or verbal) with employees and support;
- Able to establish a visual system to communicate the status of open or repaired items to the employees and staff of the department;
- Ability to establish systems that fairly assign tasks to the maintenance employees;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Help manage spare parts inventory (accuracy/cycle count);
- Awareness of the Maintenance budget and if we are over or under in general;
- Job Planning ability for yourself and others;
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance procedures;
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate (written and/or verbal) with employees and support;
- Able to establish a visual system to communicate the status of open or repaired items to the employees and staff of the department;
- Ability to establish systems that fairly assign tasks to the maintenance employees;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Help manage spare parts inventory (accuracy/cycle count);
- Awareness of the Maintenance budget and if we are over or under in general;
- Job Planning ability for yourself and others;
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance procedures and at least three years of experience in Industrial Maintenance;
- High School Diploma/GED;
- Employee is required to follow all safety and health requirements listed in the applicable procedures and work instructions;
- Must be able to work overtime as required;
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
