Working closely with executive leadership, program teams, development staff, and external partners, the Senior Manager oversees event strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution across milestone celebrations, leadership meetings, donor engagement events, department meetings, retreats, conferences, and special initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, mission-driven experiences that strengthen organizational culture, elevate the Changent brand, engage stakeholders, and advance strategic priorities.
