Qualifications:Education and/or Experience: An associates degree (AA or AS) or higher in Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Public Administration, Business Management or related field AND three (3) years responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: emergency management, or a related discipline including, but not limited to, military, public works, public health, law enforcement, fire service, or emergency medical services.
