WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years retail management experience, including sole-charge store leadership • Payroll, hiring, and HR experience — you’ve done this, not just assisted • Proven inventory management: receiving, counts, trade evaluations, loss prevention • Experience hosting events, parties, or group activities • A natural delegator who builds teams that run smoothly without hand-holding • Self-starter who takes initiative — and knows when to loop in the owner • Comfortable and thriving in a clear ownership structure • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays .
