Eight or more years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, technical program management, developer productivity, software governance, or a related discipline, including at least three years leading enterprise process improvement or enablement initiatives. Coordinate implementation of secure development practices, including code review, SAST/DAST, dependency and vulnerability management, secrets handling, SBOMs, release assurance, and evidence retention.
