To be effective, ideally, you should also have: Demonstrated experience leading a small or large portfolio of programs to success and growth, Transformative leadership to drive efficiencies and technology advancements on programs, Demonstrated business acumen with history of delivering to cost and schedule commitments, Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership capabilities and performance, Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers to balance risk, cost, and schedule, Experience with DOD and IC Customers, Program Offices and Stakeholders, Prior experience in one or more of the following: Customer directed level of effort (LOE), fixed price and go fast contracts. To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: BS in a STEM field (i.e., Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, other), 15+ years of related technical and/or program management experience, Prior experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, Demonstrated expereince as a leader of leaders, You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance; with ability to get a TS/SCI /w Poly clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
