Communicate with NSW NLAP stakeholders, including the Officer Community Manager, NSW officer detailers, prospective panelists, and eligible officers, to develop the annual list of personnel required to complete NLAP for leadership-milestone qualification. You will provide essential administrative and logistics support across NLAP assessment activities, coordinate with candidates and panelists, support travel processes, and ensure each program iteration is organized, timely, and professionally executed.
