Responsible for all aspects of estimating and purchasing, including quantity take-off specific trade scope, sub-bid solicitation, progress budgets, scope clarifications, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor and general contractor relations, and staying abreast of industry developments applicable to estimating. Assist trade partners with troubleshooting issues as they arise, including but not limited to looking for payment on invoices, communicating with Construction Managers about outstanding invoices, and correcting purchase orders.
