This role partners closely with Project Management, Superintendents, Operations Leadership, Engineering, Prefabrication, Safety, and customers to proactively identify quality risks, reduce rework, improve operational performance, and strengthen overall project outcomes. The position provides leadership and oversight for QA/QC personnel, field inspections, turnover documentation, audits, and quality performance initiatives while ensuring quality expectations are embedded throughout project planning, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
