This role leads specification-driven business development for proven polyurea waterproofing solutions, with emphasis on building trusted relationships with architects, engineers, envelope consultants, building owners, developers, general contractors, and other project decision-makers. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, building envelope, commercial roofing, construction chemicals, sealants, coatings, concrete repair, restoration, or related technical building-products markets.
