How You'll Contribute: Support our internal network infrastructure at our South San Francisco office, including WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP Grow and support our on-premises compute, security, and telecommunications infrastructure (phones, conference rooms, video conferencing, audiovisual, security cameras) Provide identity and authentication support for employees, external collaborators, and contractors using platforms like Okta and Google Workspace, and AWS IAM Assist with lab workspace build outs Support existing cloud platforms (including AWS, GCP, JIRA, Slack, Salesforce) Support both MacOS and Windows platforms. Help build and support cross-functional ticketing system Research new technologies; provide suggestions for changes and improvements that reduce cost and/or increase productivity and efficiency Partner with Security Engineering and Compliance teams to improve our internal information security and operational security practices including asset tracking and device monitoring Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: Extensive knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques to support day to day operations of a hybrid on-premises/cloud network.
