Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable and may include credentials such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP; CPLP or CPTD (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance / Certified Professional in Talent Development); CDP or CDE (Certified Diversity Professional / Certified Diversity Executive; PMP (Project Management Professional); Lean Six Sigma, Prosci (Certified Change Practitioner); and data analytics certifications, such as Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent programs. Do you have a bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, education, business administration, social sciences, or a related field; and at least three (3) years of professional experience in learning and development, employee training, inclusive service delivery, or organizational effectiveness.
