Each year, the agency serves more than 100,000 Fresno County residents across 30+ comprehensive community programs—including Early Childhood Education (Head Start/Early Head Start), Energy Services, Health & Dental Services, Food & Nutrition, Local Conservation Corps, Youth Sanctuary Shelters, and Transit Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO provides overall fiscal stewardship, strategic direction, and rigorous financial control for the agency’s complex $150M operational ecosystem.
