Strong pediatric critical care skills, including ventilator management, arterial and central line management, hemodynamic monitoring, IV vasopressors, dysrhythmia management, and continuous sedation monitoring. Monitor and manage ventilated patients, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, EVDs, ICP monitoring, and CVP monitoring.
