This Pediatric Intensive Care Unit assignment offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity pediatric critical care environment with an average 1:2 patient ratio, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and exposure to complex cardiac, respiratory, neurologic, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, trauma, and transplant-related conditions. Monitor and manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen, noninvasive ventilation, continuous sedation, vasoactive infusions, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
