Core Daily Functions Operate and maintain critical plant systems, including: High-pressure boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and energy management systems Perform preventive maintenance on: reactors, pumps, agitators, hot oil systems, motors, electrical and process piping Assist in upkeep of building systems, lab and application equipment, and mobile equipment (e.g., fork trucks) Follow strict safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold PPE and safety best practices Minimum Qualifications HS diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification from any recognized education system Combined technical training and/or hands-on mechanical background Proficient in a range of mechanical and technical trades Strong troubleshooting skills Familiarity with: Jacketed mixers, chemical feed pumps, seals, HVAC and boiler operations Whether you have worked as a maintenance mechanic or just starting out, we want to hear from you. Preferred Qualifications Valid 1st Class B Boiler License or higher Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting Metal fabrication (cutting, welding, lathe, mill) Rigging and moving heavy equipment Physical Outlook Able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and reach for extended periods Regularly lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance Comfortable operating fork trucks and scissor lifts Capable of heavy wrench turning and manual tasks Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
