Sweeps and mops floors, scrubs walls and windows, cleans steam and eating tables, food carriers, trays, and chairs, defrosts refrigerators, cleans walk-ins, storage areas, utensils, and equipment, operates commercial dishwasher, monitors temperature levels in dishwasher by checking gauges or using thermometers, monitors pH balance in dishwasher using chemical test strips, disassembles dishwasher and cleans room when finished, hand washes dishes when necessary.
