JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice to facility staff to establish and maintain systems that are effective and efficient to operate the dietary department and provide food service to residents in a cost-effective, efficient manner to safely meet residents needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Successfully complete &/or comply with all required background checks to include but not limited to: Ohio BCI&I fingerprint analysis, FBI (if applicable) fingerprint analysis, Nurse Aide Registry, HHS/OIG list of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) & Ohio Medicaid Provider Exclusion and Suspension List.
