ESGW Direct Support Professional (DSP's) provide positive engaged support to individuals, to assure the needs of each person are met in their self-directed, day-to-day life according to their individual plan of care and their personal dreams and goals, including: supporting each person's right to make their own choices without judgement, activities of daily life, health and wellness, leisure, medication, hygiene, safety, personal goals, self-help skills, communication, self-advocacy, transportation, adventures, exploration and enhancement of quality of life as they move to live as independently as possible. The DSP - Janitorial Supervisor will provide mentoring, training and guidance with the intent of providing new skills and achieving a new level of independence for the individuals who serve as part of the crew.
