Specialized experience is Directing, planning, and administering community and business programs, including Food & Beverage (snack bars), Recreation (golf, bowling, outdoor recreation, aero clubs), and Family/Information services (ITT); Analyzing installation financial performance, historical trends, and program requirements to meet organizational financial goals; Exercising personnel management authorities, including planning and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, establishing training programs, and advising staff on regulatory policies; Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with high-level officials, installation leadership, and business partners to improve program effectiveness.
