Position Summary: The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial will lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis for the Commercial organization, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on critical cost drivers including labor, commissions, and operating expenses across Sales, Marketing, Government Relations & Strategy, Business Development, and Managed Care functions. Serving as a trusted business partner to Commercial leaders and Corporate FP&A teams, this role will deliver strategic financial insights and analysis to drive organizational performance, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making that advances the Commercial organization's strategic objectives and operational excellence.
