This role serves as the fleet command leader for the city, leveraging Compass and other data-driven tools to optimize lot flow, reduce dwell time, increase utilization, and accelerate vehicles to the Readyline—ultimately improving revenue, cost performance, and customer satisfaction. Forecast, budget, and manage key financial drivers, including revenue, transactions, market segment mix, utilization, fleet mix, wage expense, daily dollar average, revenue per unit, incremental revenue penetration, and fleet size.
