As a critical member of the Medicare Supplement and Ancillary team your responsibilities will include:Partner closely with the Business Leader to set, communicate, and drive strategic priorities across the organizationRun the business operating cadence (weekly leadership touchpoints, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning) and ensure materials and decisions are clear and actionable Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are metOwn executive communications for the business (leadership updates, org messaging, decision memos, meeting narratives)Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues impeding execution; escalate critical matters as necessaryOperate in ambiguity and building structure quicklyOversee special projects as assigned, including business development, operational improvement, and innovation initiativesSupport the annual planning process, including budgeting and resource allocation. Build strong relationships with leaders across Medicare Supplement, Ancillary, and broader enterprise teams to ensure alignment and information flowRepresent the Business Leader and leadership team in meetings and external engagements as needed· Required Qualifications:·10+ years in strategy, operations, chief of staff, consulting, product operations, program leadership, or similar roles with enterprise stakeholdersTrack record running operating cadence, producing executive ready materials, and driving complex cross-functional initiativesStrong analytical and narrative skills: can synthesize data + story into decisions Preferred QualificationsHealthcare / insurance experienceMedicare experienceWe support a hybrid work environment.
