Industry experience includes, but is not limited to: 5+ years as a top health care or senior living General Manager/Executive Director/General Manager OR any combination of the following: Director of Operations overseeing multiple revenue generating departments allowing significant financial, marketing, and operational accomplishments. We are in search of a charismatic, hands-on, detailed and socially driven Executive Director , who will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including service provision, financial, human resources, licensure compliance, sales, marketing, and census development.
