General knowledge and understanding of Federal and State consumer protection laws associated with an RMBS platform Experience representing underwriters, issuers, and managers in a wide range of RMBS, CMBS, and Asset-Backed Securities financings and securitizations, including registered public offerings, exempt transactions, and international and domestic offerings Experience with certain derivatives transactions and swaps coverage is also a plus Proficient experience and, if possible, in-house counsel experience, New York qualified, and a proven ability to work independently.
