Reporting to the AVP of Ambulatory Clinics for Children’s Health, this leader will oversee Children’s Health Medical Group operations and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across patient and caregiver safety, quality, patient experience, health equity, access to care, financial stewardship, caregiver engagement, and growth. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
