Responsibilities: The Director of the Transfer & Career Center is responsible for establishing, leading, and managing PJC's Transfer & Career Center across the Paris, Greenville, and Sulphur Springs locations as part of The COMPASS Initiative, a Title III cooperative partnership between Paris Junior College and East Texas A&M University (ETAMU). The Director oversees career services, university-transfer services, transfer pathways, and student outcome reporting, and supervises the Center's coordinator, navigators, and support staff.
