Ability to maintain confidentiality of the materials and situations encountered on the job; establish an information system(s) for internal auditing and billing; learn and apply the established local, state and federal regulations and methods for storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gases; plan and execute large-scale, long-term projects; effectively communicate orally and in writing; read and comprehend technical information (i.e., shop manuals, manufacturers' specifications, warranties, parts catalogs, service orders) to estimate repair or modification costs, reconcile charges and perform diagnostics and modifications; juggle multiple priorities. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field, plus five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional transportation experience, at least three years of supervisory experience as a transportation manager, or assistant director level.
