Specific Responsibilities: Directly oversees Clinical Supervisors (if applicable), Clinical Coordinator(s), Manager of Case Management, Primary Therapists, Case Managers, and Group Facilitators and/or Counselors including hiring, training, performance evaluation and coaching, and disciplinary action (in cooperation with Human Resources Business Partners). Supports the day-to-day operation of the facility by overseeing and participating in assessment, active treatment via individual and group psychotherapy, discharge planning, and milieu management (in cooperation with the Director of Nursing and RSS Supervisor).
