Assists with overseeing the Certified Nurse Aides, Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Medical Intake staff, and Lab staff by providing guidance and resolving issues, administering performance management, evaluations, discipline, support, and coordination of schedules for staff, and approving timecards. Job Purpose: The Registered Nurse supports and collaborates with the medical provider team and medical support staff to ensure that all patients receive quality care while maintaining compliance with all federal grants, HIPAA, and HealthCore Clinic policies and procedures.
